About

Anais grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, but spent a few years of her childhood living abroad in France, where part of her family is from. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from the University of Arizona, where she gained early clinical experience working as an athletic training technician with the collegiate baseball and women’s soccer teams, as well as a seasonal physical therapy technician. Following graduation, she was accepted into Northern Arizona University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program and spent two and a half years completing her doctoral training in Phoenix, Arizona.

Throughout her education, Anais worked across a variety of clinical settings and participated in pro bono treatment clinics serving individuals with neurological conditions. She completed all of her clinical experiences in Arizona, with rotations in both outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation. During her time at Banner University Medical Center, she received extensive training working with the neurological population, further solidifying her passion for this specialty.

Anais obtained her physical therapy license in December 2025 and subsequently relocated to Los Angeles to pursue a career in neuro-orthopedic rehabilitation at Precision.

Outside of work, Anais enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new restaurants/coffee shops, cooking, reading, painting, crafting, and staying active through exercise.
