Our mission is to optimize our clients’ physical performance, by providing an evidence-based comprehensive state-of-the-art program that maximizes mobility, balance, and gait. The main difference between Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy is that OT focuses on improving a client’s ability to perform activities of daily living (ADL) and PT focuses on improving a client’s ability to perform the movement of the human body.

Each session is approximately one (1) hour.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows us to examine the site for which you are being treated for along with athletic shoes.
