Our mission is to optimize our clientsโ€™ physical performance, by providing an evidence-based comprehensive state-of-the-art program that maximizes mobility, balance, and gait.   • The main difference between Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy is that OT focuses on improving a clientโ€™s ability to perform activities of daily living (ADL) and PT focuses on improving a clientโ€™s ability to perform the movement of the human body.  

  • Each session is approximately one (1) hour.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows us to examine the site for which you are being treated for along with athletic shoes.
