  • The main difference between Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy is that OT focuses on improving a clientโ€™s ability to perform activities of daily living (ADL) and PT focuses on improving a clientโ€™s ability to perform the movement of the human body.  

  • Each session is approximately one (1) hour.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows us to examine the site for which you are being treated for along with athletic shoes.
