Meet our owners
Christy and Manjiri first met while working together in an Outpatient Neuro clinic at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center as part of the Memorial Care System in 2003. In 2004, Christy left the clinic to start seeing patients privately while Manjiri transitioned over to Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center. Over the next year, both Christy and Manjiri stayed in contact with each other, discussing the potential to build an outpatient neuro clinic. In January 2006, they finally started to see patients together, and Precision Rehabilitation was born!
Our Story
2006
In January 2006, Precision Rehab officially opened its doors. At the time, Precision Rehab consisted of a 100 sq ft office in a small athletic gym in Huntington Harbor. The Athletic Club allowed Christy and Manjiri to see patients throughout the gym, but the equipment was not wheelchair accessible. Even with this limitation, Precision Rehabilitation grew until they were unable to continue operating in this small space.
2007
As we searched for a new home, our search eventually led us to our current location, 3294 E. Spring Street in Long Beach. This allowed Precision Rehab to grow as it now has almost 6,000 square feet. With the continued successful treatment of hundreds of patients, purchase of state-of-the-art equipment, and staffing of specialized therapists, the clinic has grown into the beautiful space you see today.
2026
We will be proudly marking two decades of unwavering dedication to helping individuals reclaim their strength, mobility, and independence. Since our founding, Precision has rehabilitated over a thousand patients — each with a unique story and journey — and built a reputation for compassionate, patient-centered care. Precision continues to evolve — ready to serve our patients and community.
