Wellness Classes

What Wellness Classes Does Precision Offer?

Precision Rehabilitation offers four wellness classes designed to supplement therapy services or provide continued support following discharge. These classes help individuals maintain progress, improve function, and stay active in a safe, structured environment. Classes are intentionally small to provide individualized attention while fostering a strong sense of community and encouragement. Each class is 45 min and takes place in a gym setting with access to a wide variety of equipment to support continued progression.

Disclaimer: You may be required to complete a physical therapy evaluation to ensure you are safe to participate in classes. Participation in classes is dependent on level of independence or caregiver presence to ensure safety.

This class is appropriate for those with balance impairments, neurological conditions, or individuals wanting to improve their stability. All participants are closely supervised to ensure safety and reduce fall risk while being appropriately challenged. Exercises include weight shifts, directional changes, and balancing on uneven surfaces. Cognitive and dual-task challenges are incorporated to enhance coordination and reaction time. This class helps participants improve postural control, walking confidence, and overall stability, leading to greater independence and confidence with everyday functional tasks.
